Refund and Returns Policy

Order Preparation: Every order of our authentic Argan oil takes 1 business day to be prepared for dispatch from our facility.
Shipping Provider: All physical goods are shipped worldwide exclusively via DHL Express for fast and secure delivery.
Shipping Timeline: Once prepared, your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Tracking: A DHL tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package is dispatched.

Delivery Method: High-resolution Argan-themed images and cinematic videos are delivered via a secure download link.
Timeline: Digital products are delivered within 1 business day of your confirmed purchase.

For all international shipments originating from our production facility in El Hanchane, Morocco:

Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Fees: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DHL Processing: DHL may contact you to collect these fees before final delivery. Zinoil LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, the cost of original shipping and any return fees will be deducted from any potential refund.

Returns: We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or the safety seal is broken.
Notification Window: Please notify us of any damaged goods within 7 days of receipt.
Verification: Photos of the damaged packaging and product are required for DHL insurance claims.

Non-Refundable: All sales of images and videos are final. Once the download link is dispatched, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
